360Alumni has a support ticketing system to handle all client and user support inquiries. Admins and Community members can reach support by either emailing firstname.lastname@example.org, calling 424-888-0360, or submitting a request through the community:
Click on your "Name," then click "Help Center."
Fill the form, select the appropriate Issue type. It's a good idea to include your community name in the subject, it helps support to easily locate the data required to escalate the issue. Click "Submit" and the support team will be in touch with you within 24 hours.
Alternatively, you can either email email@example.com, or reach a representative by calling 424-888-0360.
