Your homepage introduces your 360Alumni community to visitors and members. Choose which content appears for public visitors, Full Access users, and Limited Access users (Guests).
The welcome banner appears at the top of the homepage for everyone, including visitors who are not logged in.
It includes a title, text, and image.
In the Main Content area, you can turn sections on or off and change their order.
Homepage Headlines lets you feature news or other content with an image prominently on your homepage.
You can show Homepage Headlines to members, show them publicly, or turn the section off.
To rename the section, click the pencil icon next to Homepage Headlines and enter the title you want to display.
The Discussion Board can be shown to members or turned off.
To change the name of your Discussion Board, click the pencil icon next to the section and update the title.
Latest Job Postings displays recent posts from Opportunities. You can show this section publicly, show it only to members, or turn it off.
This section can provide teaser content for your alumni job board: visitors can see recent postings, but they must log in to view them.
Groups Activity shows recent activity from Group a user is a member of. If a user is not a member of any Groups, the section shows recent activity from public Groups instead.
The sidebar of your homepage can include Upcoming Events.
You can show Upcoming Events publicly or to members. Whether Limited Access users or Guests can access Events is controlled separately in Customize > Features.
After making changes, review the homepage as a public visitor using an incognito browser window and as a logged-in user. This helps you confirm that each audience sees the right mix of news, events, group activity, and alumni engagement tools.
