Add your Google Tag Manager container ID to track activity across your 360Alumni community. Once connected, your Google tag will be added to every page in your community.
You need the container ID from your Google Tag Manager account. It typically begins with GTM-.
360Alumni validates the ID when you save it. When the connection is successful, a green Connected tag appears in the Google Tag Manager section of the Integrations page.
After connecting Google Tag Manager, you can use your Google Analytics setup to measure community usage and understand how members engage with your alumni engagement CRM. For example, you may track visits to your alumni directory, Events, Groups, Opportunities, or other community pages.
Confirm that you copied the full container ID from Google Tag Manager, including the GTM- prefix. Then return to Customize > Integrations > Google Tag Manager, click Edit, and try again.
