Complete the ACH Transfer Form so 360Alumni can transfer funds from transactions in your community to your organization’s bank account. Transactions most often come from paid Events and fundraising Campaigns.

1. Download the ACH Transfer Form.
2. Complete all required organization and bank account details.
3. Return the completed form to your 360Alumni contact.

360Alumni will use the approved bank account information to transfer eligible funds collected through your community. Submit the form before launching paid Events or fundraising Campaigns to help avoid delays in receiving funds.

When you need this form

You need to submit an ACH Transfer Form when your community will collect payments through 360Alumni, including:

• Paid Event registrations
• Donations to fundraising Campaigns
• Other eligible community transactions

If your bank account information changes, contact your 360Alumni representative before future transfers are processed.
