Creating or activating your 360Alumni profile

Create a profile to access your 360Alumni community, connect with other members, and appear in the alumni directory. Depending on how your organization manages alumni database management, you may need to register or activate a pre-authorized profile.

Register for a new account

  1. Go to your community homepage and click Register at the top of the page.
  2. Enter your email address and name, create a password, and agree to the terms and conditions.
  3. Sign in using your email address and new password.
  4. Complete the required profile fields.

Your administrators may require certain information to confirm your connection to the community before authorizing access. Add as much profile information as you can to help other members find and recognize you in the alumni directory.

Activate a pre-authorized profile

Your organization may have already created a profile for you. If you still have access to the email address your organization had on record when you were affiliated with them, activate that profile instead of registering again.

  1. Go to your community homepage and click Sign In.
  2. Enter the email address associated with your existing profile.
  3. Select Set/Reset Password.
  4. Check your inbox for the password-reset email and follow the link to create a password.
  5. Sign in and complete or update your profile.

Request a profile merge

If you registered for a new account and received Full Access, search the alumni directory for your name, including a name you previously used. If you find another profile that belongs to you, request a merge to avoid duplicate accounts.

  1. Select your profile in the upper-left area of the sidebar.
  2. Go to Account.
  3. Select Request Merge.
  4. Follow the prompts to submit your request.

An administrator will review the request and merge the profiles when appropriate.
