Who uses 360Alumni
Your community can include alumni, students, parents, donors, members, staff, volunteers, and other supporters. Each person has a profile and an access level based on how you want them to participate.
- Full Access users can use the community features available to them, such as the directory, Events, Groups, and Asks & Offers.
- Limited Access users or Guests have more restricted access. You can use these roles for people who should view selected information or complete a specific action without accessing the full community.
How 360Alumni supports your team
360Alumni is both a member-facing community and an administrative alumni database management tool. Your team can manage profiles, segment audiences, review engagement, and coordinate outreach from the same alumni CRM your members use to connect.
