The New Community Set Up Questionnaire will need to be completed and returned in order for 360Alumni representatives to create your community site. The responses to this document will populate your online community and provide us with necessary feature and functionality site configuration decisions. The questionnaire includes information such as:
- Contact information for community administrators
- Your institution's address, email(s), social media links, and other general information to be used for the site footer
- Your institutions logo and color scheme
- Member data
- Decisions on features and administrator controls
- Decisions on the kind of content you wish to collect about community users
