In most 360Alumni communities there are three access levels: Administrators, Full Access users, and Limited Access users (also called Guests). Your access level determines which parts of your alumni engagement CRM you can use.
Administrators manage the community and its settings. They can review new users in closed communities and assign or update user access levels.
To manage user roles:
Full Access users can use the member-facing features available in your community, including the alumni directory and member profiles.
They can view the profile information that other authorized members have chosen to share. Available features may include Groups, Events, Opportunities, Asks & Offers, Memberships, and other alumni engagement tools enabled for your community.
In a closed community, new users receive Limited Access, or Guest access, until an administrator reviews and approves them. New users can be added through self-registration or as guests on an event attendee's registration.
What Limited Access users can do depends on your community's feature settings. Administrators configure these settings in Admin > Customize > Features.

If you believe you have Limited Access and need Full Access, send a request to the email address shown in the bottom-left corner of your community footer. An administrator can review your request and update your access level if appropriate.
